Business, Advertising, and AI Tool Information
- Business listing information, ad prompts, ad copy, generated copy, generated images, publishing history, campaign or creative history, social account connection status, and related usage records.
- Inputs you provide to AI-assisted tools and outputs generated for you, such as prompts, text, images, and creative suggestions.
Payment, Credit, and Transaction Information
- Purchase records, credit balances, credit transactions, billing status, order status, receipts, payment confirmation details, and limited payment metadata.
- Full payment card numbers are processed by payment processors. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
Device, App, Website, and Usage Information

- Backups and logs may retain limited information for a period of time after deletion before being overwritten or deleted according to normal backup cycles.

To protect accounts and prevent unauthorized deletion, we may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request. After a verified request, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account unless retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, compliance, or legitimate business purposes.
